MANOHAR PRATAP (AOR) in enrolled with Delhi State Bar Council (D/2994/2024) in year 2014 and started practice before various forums including Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCDRC, Trial Courts, NGT and Central Administrative Tribunal.
After gaining relevant experience from other courts, he completely shifted focus on Supreme Court from year 2016 and started doing cases of various nature in Supreme Court.
In year 2018, he started his Independent Practice with complete focus on Supreme Court. He was appointed Deputy Advocate General for State of Chhattisgarh in Supreme Court in year 2019 which he continued till voluntary resignation in October 2023 for focusing on private practice after becoming Advocate-on-record in May 2023(AOR Code: 3613).
Mr. Manohar Pratap has briefed and assisted many legal stalwarts like Mr. K. K. Venugopal, Mr. Kapil Sibal, Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, Mr. Arvind P. Datar, Ms. Meenakshi Arora and many other senior counsels in various cases.
As part of my real aspiration to improve the current judicial system, he always try to argue cases which have far reaching improving effect on the judicial System and in this path, apart from doing private litigations, he remained part of various Public Interest Ligations which were primarily focused for improving administration of justice.
He is staunch supporter of mediation in Matrimonial cases, and has participated in considerable number of Mediations in Supreme Court Mediation Centre with parties and many of such cases were amicably settled.
